Getting a better answer
Three things change the quality of an answer more than anything else:
- Give it the real material. Attach the file, import the archive, connect the repository. A model reasoning about a paraphrase of your problem will answer a paraphrase of your question.
- Say what you have already ruled out. Half of a bad answer is the model re-suggesting what you tried yesterday.
- Ask for the failing case. "Show me the input that breaks this" produces something checkable; "is this code good" does not.
